The Financial System is one of the most highly regulated entities in the world.  The entire system is set up to punish mistakes and make sure that everything going on is highly kosher.  I realize that the regulating agencies in the financial markets are highly vigilant, and with that in mind, the following points are here forth written in stone.

•I am not handing out investment advice, so don’t be calling up your lawyer okay?  Any content on this site is for myself and myself alone.  You are completely responsible for any decisions that you make regarding anything and everything financial.  Let me reiterate this one more time:  NOTHING ON THIS SITE, OR THAT I SAY, IS INVESTMENT ADVICE

•This site is simply an exercise of free speech.  If anything on this site disturbs or angers you, then kindly move on and resist the urge to threaten, annoy, or cause problems for myself or anyone posting on this site.

•I do not hand out personal advice.  If you want to email me and talk positions, that’s great, but I will never never never give any specific advice on how to place stops, where to buy/sell, or anything in this manner.  So if you have an email that starts with “I have this positions that’s going against me, what should I do…” resist the urge to send it.  You should know what you are doing when you get into any position anyways.

•Investing and trading are highly risky behaviors.  Know that if you choose to trade, you are getting involved in the largest poker game in the world, and the pros will take your money fast and mercilessly.  I cannot reiterate this enough, you will literally walk into a room full of wolves, dressed as a sheep.  Caveat emptor
